More recently, we had a caller who, upon being told to put his mouse over an icon and double-click, complained that he couldn't see the icon properly because the mouse was too big. At first, the agent talking to this caller thought that he meant that the mouse cursor was too big. But no, the user was actually picking up his mouse and putting it on the screen, then trying to double-click! The mute button sure came in handy that time!
